Storyline
Follow a group of men and women, on a quest for the fountain of life. Each has their own story of failures and successes, but what they all have in common is an indomitable spirit. They refuse to give up or give in, even after many unsuccessful attempts at making a reality out of their health dreams. With sweat dripping from their faces they stand half way up Mount Wellness. The rest of the way to the peak is treacherous territory. Because of the difficulties that lie ahead, a look of uncertainty can be read on each face like an open book. Yet mingled with the uncertainty is an expression of hope because they’ve had a guide, a coach who has supported their progress all the way. With a burning look of faith and confidence, the coach turns and says to the voyagers “who has the courage to finish what we’ve started together, let him step forward?”… What happened, what decision did they make? The truth is that the story is still being written and can’t be finished without you. So I say to you “whoever has the courage to finish your journey, please step forward”
Program Description
Healthy Self is a groundbreaking real-life seminar series about men and women not living up to their fullest potential, and are sick and tired of being sick and tired. They desire to transition from sickness to health, by adhering to the 10 habits of the longest living Americans. This program teaches the participants to both be producers and lead actors in their own health stories. This seminar is a part of a global movement that is challenging health norms and practices, as we seek to empower our fellow man to experience the abundant life through living the NEW LIFE principles.

- Session 6: Fresh Air and Educate Yourself
